Hill Country Properties is a family operated agency owned by the Gray Carrithers family.  As a ranching family with their heritage dating back for over 100 years, Charla Carrithers knows this area and the rich history that goes with it.  All of our agents are equally knowledgeable about local markets and opportunities.

Charla Carrithers, Real Estate Broker, graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University(TCU) in 1986 with a bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Business.  In 1995, she returned to TCU and graduated from its Ranch Management Program.  As an active member in the community, she is a member of the First United Methodist Church and enjoys hunting, traveling, tennis, entertaining, antique shopping and renovating houses.

Charla sold real estate in Fort Worth prior to moving home to Brady in 1997 to join her father, the late Gray Carrithers, in the real estate business.
